How does Linkrunner pricing work?

Pay only for the installs we attribute. The Free plan covers your first 25,000 installs, then the Growth plan kicks in on a pay-as-you-go basis between $0.007 and $0.012 per attributed install depending on volume. No upfront commitment, no annual contracts.

What do I get on the Free plan?

Our free plan includes core attribution, OneLink, and deep linking for up to 25,000 installs.

When do I start paying?

Accepted Answer

After your free 25,000 attributed installs are used up. We'll send a heads-up before that, and you can connect a payment method any time before to avoid an interruption. Free installs never expire on a calendar, they expire when you've used them.

Question 4

What exactly counts as a “billable install / download”?

Accepted Answer

Only installs that Linkrunner successfully attributes to a source (paid, organic, referral, deep link, or SKAN postback). Reinstalls, uninstall reinstalls within the dedup window, and clicks that never convert are not billed.

Is pricing “tiered”? If I cross a tier mid-month, what happens?

Yes. Tiers are based on monthly attributed installs. When you cross into a higher-volume tier the per-install rate gets cheaper for the additional installs in that tier, you only ever pay the lower rate on the volume above the threshold, not retroactively on everything.

Can my per-install price change every month?

Accepted Answer

Your effective per-install rate moves with your monthly volume, if you grow, you pay less per install; if you shrink, you go back to the lower-tier rate. The rate card itself is locked in your contract and only changes with explicit notice.

Is there any annual lock-in or minimum commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. Growth is fully pay-as-you-go and billed monthly. Enterprise contracts offer optional annual commitments for discounted rates and SLAs, but nothing on Free or Growth requires a commitment.
